    I have been listing and selling homes, representing Sellers or Buyers, in all price ranges throughout the North Shore since 1986! I am a Certified Residential Specialist -- CRS -- the PHD of real estate. Less than 5% of realtors nationally have received this designation! Recently, I have also become certified as a Buyer's Agent (CBR). My past experience as a district court mediator has been invaluable in negotiating price and contract terms for my clients. A Bachelor of Science degree in education and classroom experience have enabled me to educate my clients more effectively through the overwhelming process of buying or selling a home.
